One of my favorite restaurants around! Always great service, food, and atmosphere.

I love the passion and creativity of the culinary and beverage teams here. The flavor and texture combinations they come up with are brilliant and result in sublime dishes and cocktails. The wood-grilled BBQ mahi with yucca and charred okra was outstanding. The BBQ sauce was deeply flavored with no one flavor popping out - perfectly balanced. The seared Ahi tuna with green papaya salad starter was absolutely brilliant - spicy and sweet and just awesome. This is one of Tampa's very best restaurants.

Fisk brings impressive seafood offerings to Tampa's ever expanding culinary landscape. Their signature Fisk Soup is a standout starter, delivering rich, complex flavors that set high expectations for the meal. The Red Snapper entrée lives up to these expectations, expertly prepared to preserve its delicate texture and natural taste. Every course came out in its own time, allowing us to enjoy it in all its glory. The unexpected delight for me was their innovative salmon éclair dessert, which brilliantly bridges savory and sweet. This creative touch exemplifies the kitchen's ability to surprise while maintaining quality.

The food was really good. I ordered the devil eggs with shrimp and catfish and grits. The service and overall experience was great!
