Great experience! Aaliyah was knowledgeable and made great recommendations, food and service was fresh and prompt, and the atmosphere was perfect for a Christmas gathering!

My wife and I went for our 6 month anniversary with our first time of eating at Vast. The waiter did and exceptional job keeping us informed and making sure everything was perfect! The food was delicious and the steak was very tender! My wife and I agreed at the end that we would be coming back for sure!!

I came to celebrate my birthday dinner. After being seated by the hostess we waited a little over 10 minutes before being greeted by a waiter/waitress. Once we were finally greeted we were offered an apology. The manager then stopped by to apologize and offered a complimentary dessert. The food was fresh, hot and delicious (ordered the Phoenix shrimp app,Spanish Rotini & Steak w/Mac & Cheese). Despite the beginning starting off “rough” it was a pleasant experience and I’d return.

We had a very enjoyable evening. My wife had the gnocchi and loved it. Very rich and flavorful. Our guests had the sole and the short ribs, and both commented on how good they were. I had the halibut and while ok, it was not exceptional. We shared the chocolate Carmel cake and it was delicious. Rachel, our server was a delight. She was knowledgeable and very funny. She is a real addition to the staff. It was a wonderful evening and I would definitely recommend. My only quibble would be the wine mark up. I know this is a big profit point for restaurants, but I contend you would sell more if you reduced the multiple.
