Best Date Night Restaurants in West Sacramento

This was a great experience. The staff is what stood out to me. They were extremely attentive and made us feel like we were the only couple in the restaurant. The food was 5 stars. Everything we had was cooked perfectly and was spiced to perfection. I will tell everyone I I know to go and experience this phenomenal restaurant. Thank you for everything you do.

In all ways Camden Spit and Larder was a stellar experience. We were a party of 4 senior ladies out for a monthly lunch date. The service staff were personable, helpful, and professional. The food was the highlight of our experience; prepared with careful attention to each ingredient. We started with mock cocktails that were refreshing and creative, and a starter of deviled eggs, a gastro and visual treat. Our entrees were the shepherd’s pie, crispy fish sandwich, and an asparagus soup with leeks and mushrooms, yum! The desserts of toffee pudding, pistachio orange tart, and affogatos were the food of the gods. Bravo to the chef and staff! All of this in a relaxed atmosphere of quiet elegance.

Drinks are ok, tend to be on the sweeter side. Food is served family style and is very good. Service was absolutely outstanding.

The Ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes, brusselsprout leaves and bread were amazing. The staff, our server Kim, all provided excellent service. We’ll definitely return for special occasions
