Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. I've been to the other Elements restaurants in Darlinghurst and Pyrmont. This evening my friend and I wanted to try the Tomahawk steak and Tommy margarita deal, and decided to go to Walsh Bay. My experience at these restaurants thus far has been consistent. Great food, great atmosphere (especially at Walsh Bay where the views and decor are on another level) and excellent service. Tonight, Nico took our order and made sure we enjoyed our dinner and time at the venue. We ordered an entree of Buffalo Calamari to go with our tomahawk. Recommend! The tomahawk steak was incredible not only in its size but texture and flavour. It melts in your mouth! They take it out and finish preparing and cutting it at your table for added theatrics. This didn't affect me, but if you have dietary requirements, it seems like they are more than happy to accommodate your needs. Overall, I really enjoyed my time and will definitely be coming back.
