Best Date Night Restaurants in Bellwood

Jess was a wonderful server and our food was perfect! The whole experience was one of the best we’ve had in Richmond. I’d go back tomorrow if I could.

Great food, great service, authentic Greek tastes, and large quantities at daily reasonable prices

The atmosphere was full of energy and we loved the lights. Our server Rebecca was so great! She was attentive and answered all our questions and made excellent suggestions. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I had Steak Frites and is can with a choice of all of these rich sauces, so gooood! Manager stopped by the table took. It was just a really great dining experience. Highly recommended!

This was my first time dining at Southern Kitchen. I was pleased with the service, ambiance, and the food. I felt like it was a bit overpriced, but it wasn't anything we couldn't handle. For example, a shot of Hennessey was $30...we got 2. I was surprised to see the owner out and about and making thing happen. She smiled at us and thanked us for dining at the restaurant. I will definitely dine again.

Christmas Eve and the place was packed but running efficiently. The owner was visibly on-site, taking pictures of patrons in front of their beautiful Christmas tree, a very nice touch. My only complaint was that it was a prix fixe menu, which I did not know about when I made the reservation. I also saw nothing on their website to indicate such. The food was excellent and well priced at $95 pp, so we stayed, but would have liked to have known that the full menu was not available before we went.
