For dinner, we had the Elk and Dover Sole--both dishes were very impressive and delicious with amazing presentations and flavors. The wine selection was reasonably priced and vast. Our server knew his wines and directed us to the right Bordeaux; he was very attentive and nice. Dessert was the icing on the cake! We had the assortment of chocolates and olive oil cake, both amazing. Days after this dinner, we are still talking about the presentation and flavors of our meals and desserts. We can't wait to return to Beaver Creek to eat at this quaint restaurant. Appetizers, entrees, and deserts were all fantastic as well as the staff. Mater D, waiter and servers were fantastic! It is expensive, but, this is not Chili’s or Applebee’s back home.
