Café Britaly is a cheeky addition to Peckham's exciting food scene. Specialising in Britalian food made by ex-Bouchon Racine chef Alex Purdie, served in an informal airy mid-century café environment.     Absolutely loved it!! Friendly service, but not overbearing, wait staff had really good knowledge of wine list and menu. Also got to hear a bit of the origin story which is always really cool. Food absolutely banging! Fish selection was really good, lamb belly, chicken skewers and pork belly were standouts! Lamb belly might be the dish of the night! Dad’s broth was a fun addition and story. Best dinner in Peckham for a while! Definitely a returning customer!

    We tried a variety of dishes to share and all were amazing. The homemade bread is delicious, as are all the dips and sauces. Courgettes, sea bream, cod roe, shrimp were all equally delicious. Three smaller plates and two larger with bread served the three of us perfectly. We did not have room for dessert though, so reduce the sharing plates if you want to end with a sweet.

    A quiet, beautifully hidden space in the heart of Peckham. The menu is minimal and well-executed, and Francesco was a brilliant host. Furthermore, the tiramisu is the best I’ve had in London. We will definitely be coming back:)
