- EEricNew Mexico •1 review4.0Dined todayPretty, pretty good. A bit overpriced for the quality, but the ambiance is absolutely amazing. The food is good enough to get the job done, but not that great. The ahi tuna appetizer was tasty. The tampiqueña steak was average at best. Served to me cold, which was ironic because it’s on a hot plate. The hot plate was cold as well. Not much flavor. Desert was meh. Our server was awesome. Can’t remember her name, but she was super duper.More infoCoasterraPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Harbor Island•4.5
- EEdwinSacramento / Sacramento Valley •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood (kare kare, tocino, tuna crispy rice, wagyu rice, cesar salad, ube dessert) and drink (the malarky) was all great. Service (Lelani?) was excellent. And really, i expected it to be all great for the prices they charge. And they really delivered.More infoAnimaePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Asian• Downtown•4.8
- JJoAnnvipSan Diego •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoUnmatched hospitality! The server was knowledgeable about the food and able to describe them well. We didn’t have great luck with the clams, they were very chewy & overcooked but the broth was delicious. They took it back and a sweet manager, (I’m forgetting names) sent a hamachi that was to die for! Everything else that hit the table was delicious and we were very impressed. The bubbly and celebration desert was super appreciated as well. Honestly made my birthday dinner feel extra special, some places really don’t go the extra mile but they sure know how to impress.More infoHerb & WoodPrice: Expensive• Californian• Little Italy•4.7
- LLisavipSan Diego •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoChef Logan and the team here are top tier. We came for brunch and I had the best breakfast potatoes I’ve had anywhere—perfectly crispy and seasoned. The Bluefin schnitzel is the best schnitzel my bf says he’s had stateside (he travels to Germany a lot for work). The dark chocolate babka is soft, chocolatey and balanced. The music is hella fun while you eat and the service is warm and attentive. We’ll be back for sure!More infoCellar HandPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Hillcrest•4.7
- BBarryvipSan Francisco Bay Area •11 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoGreat service and seating around the chef counter was a bonus. You can see all the cooking action right in front of you. The wagyu carpaccio was the highlight of the night. It just melts in your mouth. The organic pear salad was also great for sharing. However the aged duck breast and the dry-aged bone in ribeye had some tendons and chewy parts that is unable to swallow.More infoCowboy StarPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.9
