From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere set the tone for an incredible evening. The highlight of my meal was the Crispy French Skin Chicken Breast, which was absolute perfection. The chicken was cooked to tender, juicy perfection with a wonderfully crispy skin, paired beautifully with the Yukon potato purée, tender carrots, and vibrant broccolini. The chicken jus tied it all together in a way that felt like comfort food elevated to fine dining. My wife had the meatballs appetizer, which were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, paired with perfectly baked focaccia with olive oil and balsamic that was a standout on its own. The seasonal cocktails were delicious—each sip was a masterclass in balance and flavor. The attention to detail in their drink menu rivals some of the best cocktail bars we’ve visited. Finally, the service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without being intrusive. Every recommendation we received was spot-on. Willow is a true gem, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for exceptional food, drinks, and service!More infoWillowPrice: Moderate• Italian• Sacramento•4.3

- ZZoeMinneapolis - St. Paul •7 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoBeautiful presentation on food and cocktails. Service was a little rushed. Would like a few minutes to linger between courses. The only disappointment was the zabaglione dessert. Way too much diced fruit and the custard was very thin and exceedingly sweet. Wanted to order the special seasonal donut posted on the outside placard but apparently it was sold out despite still being on the board.More infoMagpie CafePrice: Moderate• American• Midtown•4.8
- TThomasSacramento / Sacramento Valley •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe stopped by Ella's bar for appetizers and drinks at the bar while waiting for a friend. Claire W, working the bar, immediately made us feel at home. Cocktails, wine, and a couple of small plates, and everything was perfect. Super yummy, nicely presented, perfect portions. Claire answered all our questions, gave us good insight into what to expect from the small plates, and her wine recommendations were spot-on. Claire also has the perfect personality for the hospitality industry. Warm, open, patient, knowledgeable, and fun. We loved her!!! Next time we fly in to Sacramento, we're definitely heading to Ella's. You should too!!!More infoElla Dining Room and BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Sacramento•4.7
