Best Restaurants for Foodies in Villas

We had a reservation for 5:15 but due to rain and traffic we were running late. We called and let them know and they said they could hold the table until 5:45. We arrived at 5:50 and they happily gave us our table, even though we were perfectly fine waiting if we had to. The server was Mary, who is studying to become a nurse. She was great and attentive and wasn’t in a rush to cut our conversations short. The food was great, hot and fresh. I got steak medallions and you barely needed a knife to cut them. My friend got the pretzel crusted pork chop which was also well cooked and juicy. On the way out my friend decided to get some wine from the wine club. As we were inquiring about the wine of t month, they brought us over 2 samples. I know Coopers Hawk is a chain and sometimes chains are hit and miss but the one in Naples is always consistent. We love going there and we will be back!

All went well overall. Our server was young and unpolished. She slung our food around and seemed unhappy to wait tables. I was unbothered by it other than her ghosting us for long periods of time. I typically get asked about dessert before being handed the check but she didn’t even ask us. I had to ask for a dessert menu. Again I chucked it up to youth and her general attitude. The food was not disappointing just that the server was super green.

We’ve dined at other Capital Grills over the years but a few years ago had a bad experience at the Fort Lauderdale location. Tonight put my faith and desire back in to Capital Grills. Everyone from the host to the server’s assistant, server and manager were friendly and pleasant and well trained. enjoyed everything immensely and will return soon.

The Carbonara is the best I have ever had and is even topped off with a sous vide egg yolk! Wednesday is half price wine night and the prices are already extremely fair. Great service, perfect view, and amazing chefs - can’t get any better.

Over the last 40 years I have had the privilege of dining at many of the finest restaurants in the world. Our experience at Sails was truly special. How this isn’t a Michelin star restaurant is beyond me. The food was wonderful. The service is the best we’ve ever had. First we had a cocktail at the bar. Yasan was so attentive. Andrea was our server for dinner and she was absolutely delightful. She was so kind and sweet and had amazing recommendations. It was an exceptional experience. I could go on and on about our evening but instead you should just go try it yourself!
