Best Restaurants for Foodies in The STRAT Hotel & Casino

We had a 7pm reservation on Thanksgiving Day. Since we were staying at the other side of the strip, we thought of going early to check if we can be seated earlier. Anyways, our backup plan was to kill time in the casino. 🤣 Luckily, they were able to accommodate our request. The table provided had front row seats to the 5 open kitchen setup. 😍 Shoutout to our server Paola Partida! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not only did she provide excellent service, she also was very patient in explaining the menu. She also took time to explain what to expect from the different kind of steaks on their menu. She even took me to see the meat display. 😮 We ordered the following: Cotton candy foie gras ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Turkey croquetas ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 28 days washugyu/angus ribeye ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vaca Vieja ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but it was my first time having it Mushrooms ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Potato puree ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely round 2 the next time we visit LV!!! Still a lot on the menu to try.

We had a reservation and we’re seated promptly. Hostess was courteous and friendly, waitress as well. The manager came to check if we were happy with everything and the rest of staff was very nice when we asked for photos. The food was really good and price was reasonable. They gave us a table facing the front window with a view of the Bellagio fountain and we were able to see the water show which was a must!

Best dining experience in Vegas! Our waiter Ahmed not only waited on us but waited on us like we were VIP, explained every dish, plus a little background of Ramsay and the restaurant. The food was ridiculous- everything from the Caesar salad with its Parmesan chips to the short rib was spot on. The Mac and cheese was rich and flavorful and the toffee pudding for dessert was definitely an experience. Will be back next time we’re in Vegas. Not just for the food but for the service and environment.

The selection of house-made spreads and the amazing sourdough, sets the stage for what’s to come. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and elegantly plated, showcasing the finest local ingredients with a clear emphasis on authenticity and seasonal flavors. The flavors are bold but balanced, giving you the perfect introduction to the exceptional meal ahead. When it comes to the main courses, Esther’s Kitchen truly shines. The pastas are exceptional—handmade and cooked to perfection. The MARGHERITA PIZZA, for example, is served with a rich, savory sauce that perfectly clings to each slice of pizza. The FAZZOLETTI, another standout, is cooked with precision, its layers perfectly balanced while the meat remains juicy and flavorful. Whether you’re craving something hearty or a lighter fare, the offerings are designed to satisfy all tastes, with seasonal touches that elevate each dish. The wine list is equally impressive, offering a selection of reds, whites, and bubbles that perfectly complement the bold flavors of the menu. The service is warm and attentive, with staff who are knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairings, making the entire experience well worth while. Such an awesome experience to dine and have a Birds Eye view of Vegas. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend their pan seared sea bass and Wagyu New York steak. If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. Definitely try their warm butter cake. Not so sweet, moist in inside but sorta crunchy on the outside. Our Waiter Jennifer was wonderful! She was friendly, attentive and we had a great conversation with her. We can’t wait to come back again
