“A Perfect Dining Experience at Hell’s Kitchen” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we walked into Hell’s Kitchen, it was clear this would be a night to remember. The atmosphere perfectly captured the energy of the show—modern, vibrant, and exciting. We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. Hell’s Kitchen exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

It was over the top! The ambiance, service & food quality exceeded our expectations. Our severs were attentive, professional & attentive. The menu choices beautifully presented, fresh & delicious. We celebrated our 31st anniversary with a magical night!

We had an incredible time! The food was excellent and beautifully prepared. Every single dish we had justified the cost. There was a lovely selection of non-alcoholic mocktails and a large variety of alcohol related drinks.

The most impressive meal in Vegas!!! The food and service were 💯 The only thing that could make this better would have been a table side visit from Bobby Flay himself! We were able to select our red snapper directly with the fish monger and it was grilled to perfection!!! And whatever expresso martini you’ve had in the past … I’m just telling you to throw it straight in the trash, because Amalfi has THE ONLY real recipe - FAAAAACTS!!! Had the roasted tandoor vegetable dish, it is my favourite. Naan bread is fabulous and cooked in a proper tandoor. The sticky toffee pudding had a slight recipe change, not as sticky but still great. Love the maple bourbon bacon dressing on it. The lamb shank is another favourite. If you are looking for vegetarian or vegan dishes then they have great options.
