Great restaurant, food excellent if a little pricey. The family loved the experience- our waiter (Pete) was exceptional and helped contribute to a splendid evening.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent as well as the service. I'm gluten-free, and there was so much choice.plus, there was a good selection of wines to choose from. We will definitely go again.

As usual we really enjoyed our visit to the Minster Refectory . The service by Marcus and team was excellent, friendly and very professional. We had the 3 course Sunday offer, which was delicious. The beef comes pink, which we were advised of on ordering, , and was very tender, plus there was a good selection of vegetables. Will definitely be returning.

The afternoon tea was excellent, you can understand why it has been rated so highly. The waiting staff are fantastic and we were looked after from the moment we stepped in the building. Extremely enjoyable both my wife and myself would recommend eating at the grand.

Food was outstanding. Staff were polite and friendly and very attentive. The decor was lovely and the ambiance relaxed and friendly.
