Best Restaurants for Groups in Coggeshall

Fabulous lunch today. Hadn’t been in for a while as it wasn’t getting good feedback. But new management, team, layout and food was amazing. Will definitely be back again. The Angel is back to its excellent quality service.

I went with my two daughters , we all thought the food was excellent , my daughters had the vegetarian dish which they said was superb , I had the skate wing which was delicious . The starter of onion and goats cheese tart was gorgeous

The restaurant was well decorated and maintained. There were great songs playing, and these were similar to ones I listen to on my own. The music was also not too loud which was great. The waitress was very attentive and checked that we enjoyed our time/food.

I had a great time. The food and drinks were good. The ambience was great. They were very organised.

Great lunch. Booked a business lunch for 2 on a Wednesday before Christmas - we were the only ones in the restaurant which was a bit disconcerting and made me question whether I had got things wrong but I need not have worried. The food was excellent - very well presented and extremely tasty and the service was very polite and efficient (as expected when only 2 people in the restaurant!). I was advised that they are usually busy and things were manic from that evening onwards until there New Year so hope this was the case and the restaurant will continue as I would happily eat there again. Would happily recommend.
