Artu was founded on the most basic Italian technique, great ingredients, simply prepared, that is what Artu is all about. In February of 1992 Artu opened its doors to the world, starting with outstanding sandwiches and mouth watering roasted meats, we continued to evolve and grow. Since then we have steadily added to our repertoire. From those sandwiches and roasted meats, we have produced old-world comfort food dishes to current interpretations of those classics that still make the most discerning eater reminisce of their childhood.

Delicious!! Tight quarters with the tables but that’s every North end restaurant. Delicious food and drinks but they don’t serve desert. Need to go to their bakery next door but given it was Christmas Eve Eve, there were lines out of every bakery door!! Good service and not bad prices. They have valet ($30) but didn’t realize and my husband dropped us off and parked in the lot down the street. They won’t seat you until your full party is together. Overall would definitely recommend.

Food, service and atmosphere was wonderful. My wife and I were in celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed! We both ordered off of the “specials” menu but started with a lobster filled mushroom appetizer. Highly recommend!

I rated the noise level as energetic due to my group. We came for our team holiday dinner and there were 10 of us and we were a rowdy group. The appetizers came out hot and fresh and we dove right in, starving from a long work day. We laughed so hard, shared bottles of wine, and our server Ben was incredible and was so attentive. Everyone ordered different entrees and two got the daily special and all loved their meal. Will definitely be back!

My first time trying this place and I will for sure be back! The atmosphere is one of a kind and the menu is very varied. The only thing I will advise is to be aware of the time limit, due to it being a smaller restaurant you only have a certain amount of time depending on party size.
