New this winter, Everett’s 8800 introduces an inspired prix-fixe dining experience that marries technical precision with Montana's bold spirit. Led by Executive Chef Nathan Bramlett, lunch and dinner services will offer a four-course prix-fixe menu for $155 per guest or a six-course tasting menu for $225, with the option to enjoy curated wine pairings.Everett’s 8800 is open daily for lunch with two seatings; 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Live DJ sets raise the energy of the experience starting at 1 p.m., Friday through Sunday.Dinner will be available Wednesday through Saturday evenings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.Everett’s 8800 is located at the top of Andesite Mountain and is accessible via the Ramcharger 8 chairlift.
