Absolutely delighted with my experience at Bistro 31! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Michael and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation. Excellent Martinis. Very good Avocado dip & chips. Always a good burger. Experienced servers. Loud during Happy hour & dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. Zach, our server, was a breath of fresh air and he did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. We felt very well attended to. And had a nice Moscato to begin. Our food was wonderfully prepared. We shared the Charbroiled Oysters and ordered a couple of sides. A Corn Créme Brûlée and Cauliflower Risotto. We each ordered the Steak Frites Prime Coulotte - Picanha and everything was delicious.

Great as always. Staff are attentive and food is tasty and comes in a timely manner We love it as a date night.

Multifaceted menu that has something for everyone. That is a hard task, but Thirsty Lion offers interesting appetizers, a wide array of salads and good signature dishes from burgers to high end chef selections. Our group of four came away happy and our "must revisit" list.
