Best Restaurants for Groups in Cranleigh

Great Sunday lunch, one of the best roasts we have had in the Surrey hills, will be back. Dog friendly too, great atmosphere in a beautiful pub.

Good value. The staff were attentive and friendly. It was a lovely meal. Sometimes we felt a little rushed but it was a very busy night for them. Great wine and a really good choice on the menu. Could have more vegetarian options. The restaurant was a little noisy and interrupted a little by people coming in and saying hello to friends dining. So slightly more of a cafe feel than a restaurant but very nice all the same. Probably go for lunch there some time soon.

Every time we visit it is always great food and service. We travel 65 miles to meet family 1/2 way and it is worth it just for the food. Today fantastic Tandori Partridge as a stater. Best restaurant in the Horsham area.

Service was (and always is) incredibly slow, although the server was wonderful when she was with us, and I understand not having bright floodlights in the dining room, but the row of booths were in total darkness, I couldn’t read the blackboard. Otherwise a good visit.

Very friendly staff and a lovely experience. Thank you to Chris and the team for a lovely Sunday lunch.
