Food was lovely service was great friendly staff. Table service was prompt only issue was room was very cold customers at other tables also remarked how cold the room was. Noise level was loud in the bar but the dining room was pleasant. We had a nice evening will return soon ( hopefully the heating will be on ) ;)

A very beautiful & historic tavern that has flagstone floors & a roaring fire. A very good choice of dishes including plenty of vegetarian & vegan.The staff were excellent as was their service. The food was delicious & very well presented . An excellent visit. Thank you

From the very first bite, it was clear that each plate had been crafted with meticulous attention to detail. It was impossible to pick a favourite dish as every course brought something unique to the table, showcasing a remarkable depth of culinary skill. The service was equally impeccable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, their knowledge of the dishes and wine pairings enhancing the entire experience. Excellent food and service, wine a bit overpriced

Went here for my husbands birthday, we could not fault a thing. Service, food, drinks, wait time and prices were exceptional. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be eating here.
