Tap & Barrel - Shipyard: A Perfect Valentine’s Dinner with an Amazing View We visited Tap & Barrel - Shipyard for Valentine’s Day dinner, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thanks to our reservation, we were seated immediately with no wait time. The service was quick, and everything we ordered arrived exactly as requested. For our meal, we ordered Pesto Chicken Linguine, Truffle Potato, Lettuce Chicken Wrap, and their famous Fat Tug IPA. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted great, but the highlight was definitely the Fat Tug IPA—its citrusy, aromatic taste is truly top-notch. The restaurant itself is one of Vancouver’s most unique dining spots. Located on the waterfront in an old shipyard, it offers a stunning atmosphere, cozy ambiance, and breathtaking views. It’s the perfect place for a special occasion or a casual lunch or dinner. There is a paid parking lot just a few minutes away, which adds to the convenience. I highly recommend Tap & Barrel - Shipyard for anyone looking for great food, craft beer, and an unforgettable dining experience with a view!

the server was very attentive, I had the miso sablefish and it was excellent, with no fishy taste. My husband had the lamb he said he could use less balsamic.

had a great gathering with friends who i hadn’t seen in a long time! great energy in the restaurant with Super Bowl playing. busy place, but Cole, our server was attentive! food was delish! i was able to take advantage of the Dine Out Vancouver menu, 3 course meal for a fraction of the price! will def be back!

Great margaritas, the fries and brava dip were great as well as the guacamole and fish tacos. Our server was excellent. Very friendly staff from the minute we walked in.
