- CChrisDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined todayAlicia helping get things prepared prior to the reservation was above and beyond, definitely standing out and making the experience more special. Unfortunately, the half moon booth was not available for us through about twenty minutes past our reservation time. We graciously sat in a normal booth in Chris’s section and he was more than phenomenal, even buying us an appetizer so we weren’t splitting hairs at deciding which to choose. Overall, the experience was great, we will certainly be back with friends, family and recommend to everyone!More infoSeager & SonsPrice: Moderate• American• Far North Dallas•4.8
- DDonaldDallas - Fort Worth •5 reviews5.0Dined todayThis was our first experience. The restaurant was very nice and in a peak location. The server (Caleb) did an excellent job on making recommendations and ensuring we were taken care of the entire time. The food was delicious and we will definitely come back again. I personally recommend this place.More infoTaverna-Legacy WestPrice: Expensive• Italian• Plano•4.7
- DDavidVIPDallas - Fort Worth •35 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFood was excellent. We had Brussels sprouts with Romanesco sauce, roasted pork shoulder which was tender and well seasoned, the best spicy chicken and waffles. I really enjoyed the pumpkin bisque on a cold winters night. We shared a delicious Mississippi mud pie for dessert. The Wild Turkey Old Fashioned was well crafted. Service was top notch as Sarah served us. Definitely worth it and will go back.More infoTupelo Honey-FriscoPrice: Moderate• Southern• Frisco•4.5
- RRussellDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoAfter celebrating our anniversary at The Glen, we decided to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday there as well. Kudos to our servers Josh (for our anniversary) and Dylan (for the b'day.) They were both just the right amount of attentive and personable. Be aware that the menu items are on the pricey side ($33 for cheeseburger and truffle fries?) but every item we had was absolutely delicious! On both occasions we opted for apps and shareables in lieu of entrees sort of tapas style. The jar of lobster was sumptuous chunks in a buttery, perfectly seasoned broth and lightly toasted bread medallions. Lobster rolls were spot on - wonderfully balanced on a toasted roll. Our grandkids who ALL claimed to not like seafood devoured them and wanted more. The bao buns were puffy clouds filled with tender beef, cilantro, avocado, cabbage slaw and Korean sauce and practically melted in your mouth. Seared ahi is one of my favorite apps, but theirs is served sashimi style with a delectable passion fruit/peanut sauce and chili oil. Fantastic! Our grandson tried the oysters Rockefeller and the face he made was hilarious. Upside was, there was more for me. Grilled, swimming in garlic butter, topped with Panko breadcrumbs and chives, they were delicious! We will certainly be making return visits to start on entrees. Oh, and how can I forget the giant cotton candy they served our granddaughter complete with sparklers. There was enough for all three grandkids. I also have to tip my hat to the bar. My partner is partial to the Flirt Bird (vodka, triple sec, lemon, champagne syrup and sauvignon blanc foam. (Actually, she likes it for the little rubber duck on top.) Our daughter enjoyed the espresso martini. I stayed with a classic old fashioned served smoked tableside. NOT TO BE MISSED! Finally, the entertainment was exquisite. An aerialist that was lifted up on a spinning hoop performing acrobatics to piped-in music. She was mesmerizing to watch. You should see for yourself.
