- MMarshaVIPWashington, D.C. Area •83 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoMy niece and I had a lovely dinner. I asked for a quiet table as it can be pretty noisy at Josephine. We were seated at the very back, and it made conversation easy. Our waiter was excellent. I have multiple dietary restrictions and he helped me to choose. I had the trout, which was very tasty. My niece had the scallops, which she loved. She had vanilla ice cream for dessert and I had the mixed berry sorbet. Both are housemade and delicious. I've been to Josephine a number of times and appreciate that the menu changes seasonally. A nice touch was the manager stopping by to check on us.More infoJosephine - Old TownPrice: Expensive• French• Alexandria•4.7
- DDuaneVIPWashington, D.C. Area •82 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIf you are looking for some of the best cajun and creole cuisine in the area, look no further than RT's. They've been around for ages and I was introduced to RT's by a friend. I think of it as a hidden gem and this was my second time dining here. Today I ordered the Jack Daniel's shrimp and crabmeat appetizer and a salad which was a perfect lunch. Previously I ordered the shrimp and crabmeat etouffe and was equally pleased. Portions are well-prepared and generous. Service was attentive and we weren't rushed at all. I'll definitely return and look forward to trying some new dishes.More infoRT's RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Creole / Cajun / Southern• Alexandria•4.7
- KKimVIPNew York City •18 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had breakfast at the Tabard Inn because it looked like a unique hotel that I wanted to check out, and it was within walking distance from where I was staying. The hotel was charming and unique in its eclectic furnishings. The dining room was quiet. The breakfast was almost half what I paid at the Jefferson Hotel the day before and twice as good. I had eggs over easy. I asked for my bacon well done. It was cooked to perfection and one of the best orders of bacon I ever had. The biscuit and hash browns, which were more like roasted potatoes, were delicious. The service was attentive but not overbearing. I would return the next time I'm in DC.More infoTabard InnPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Dupont Circle•4.7
