Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Old Town Scottsdale

Everyone enjoyed their food! I usually order the bolognese but decided on the spicy rigatoni - very good and yes, spicy! We started with the Caesar salad - which was also excellent. The portions are filling - so bring your appetite. The one thing is that it’s loud. So a person that’s hard of hearing would not enjoy the experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Every time we visit, we are so impressed with the quality of the food. But, more than that, the service is always top-notch. It definitely has a family feel. If you want consistently excellent food, you can’t go wrong with La Torretta.

We had a birthday luncheon today that was wonderful! Our waitress was one of the nicest, polite and accommodating wait people we have EVER had! So friendly and smiling - it was refreshing not to be rushed or have someone act like we were bothering them. The food was tasty, too. While we sat close to the entrance and the restaurant was full, the noise level was fine so that we could hear each other. We decided we definitely would come back to the Green House again as well as recommend it to others.

Erin the server was amazing. Polite, friendly and not overbearing. The flavors in the food worked really well together but the star of the show was the dessert. It was a Baklava cheesecake and blew my mind.
