The atmosphere and ambiance was fun and warm that could be low-key as well as elevated. It’ll be a favorite in the areaMore infoMr. Digby'sPrice: Expensive• American• Noe Valley•4.6
- MMoriahPortland / Oregon •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHighly recommend. My husband and I spend part of every summer visiting Greece, in the Aegean. Our recent meal at Kokkari transported us back there for the evening. We had the roasted beets with skordalia, a seasonal citrus salad, the taramasalata, and the grilled fish with horta. Everything was fresh, delicious, seasonal, and exquisitely well executed. But I think what really distinguishes this meal, and so often Greek cuisine, is its simplicity. In this case, we couldn't stop raving about the beets and skordalia! Also, their wine list includes a number of greek wines that are difficult to find, especially on the West Coast. Lastly, their exceptional service made this experience truly memorable. Everyone made us feel so welcome, and happy to be there. They really captured the essence of Greek hospitality. Thank you for the xenia!More infoKokkari EstiatorioPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.9

For the first time I had the roasted chicken, at our waiter’s recommendation. Outstanding. Accompanied by delicious string fried potatoes and delicious Brussels sprouts. A hit!More infoLe CentralPrice: Expensive• French• Downtown / Union Square•4.7
- SsusanPhiladelphia County •14 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Likely the best Indian food we’ve ever had! I especially loved the curried chicken and vegetable tandoori. Even the raita was a cut above. And such a lovely ambience. We will return.More infoAmber India - San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Indian• Downtown / Union Square•4.7
- AAnneNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024A great location to meet friends for breakfast! We had a small, more private area as a party of 8. We were able to enjoy each other's company and spend time with each other before traveling home. Food was excellent, service was outstanding.More infoLevel IIIPrice: Expensive• Californian• Downtown / Union Square•3.7
