Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Cumberland

We made a last-minute reservation at Mac’s Chop House and had an outstanding dining experience. Our meal began with flavorful yellowfin tuna and shrimp appetizers, which were absolutely delightful. Most of us opted for the steak, which was perfectly cooked and melted in our mouths, while others enjoyed the fresh and savory seafood. The highlight of the evening, however, was our waiter, Brandon. His attentiveness and professionalism were exceptional, and his humor and personable nature truly made the evening special. Mac’s Chop House remains one of our favorites, and we can’t wait to return!

If you plan to visit, it's always a good idea to call ahead, especially if you plan to visit during the holidays, when the light displays are going strong. The food is prepared, freshly cooked and assembled, one by one, per table, so be prepared to wait your turn. If it's in season, and the market price isn't too bad, I highly recommend trying the giant seared lobster, which can be served as an appetizer, or eaten aa a main course.

Our service was exemplary, ordered one special and one regular menu item and both were prepared perfectly. The portions are generous so we were glad we didn’t have an appetizer. Did find room for dessert and the fried choc cake was exceptional (and decadent!)

Unique takes on traditional mexican fare. The food was fresh and well cooked. Our server Matt was engaging and took his time to explain the menu. Well definitely go back.

Been here twice & have yet to be disappointed with the food. Our waitress was great. I will definitely be back again!
