- CCarolBristol •4 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoCross House Inn recommended by friends and it was a very good suggestion. We ate in The Barn that appeared to have recently been decorated to a very high standard. Very pleasant atmosphere. I had the Calves Liver as did my partner and it was delicious. My friend had a very generous helping of mussels and her husband had the battered haddock and chips. We all really enjoyed our food. Will definitely be going back.More infoThe Cross House InnPrice: Moderate• British• Bath•4.8

- PPeteGloucestershire/Wiltshire •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024We were dining to celebrate my son’s 21st so we were a table of four; the general arrangement perhaps suits couples better than it does larger groups but the staff were terrific, friendly and helpful. The establishment is quirky, an absolute delight although perhaps not best suited to the infirm as the toilets were a slight trek (but again beautifully quirky). The menu changes frequently and the staff were keen to explain any queries that we had. The general arrangement was that food was brought with the intention of sharing, bigger servings than tapas style but the principle was similar. It’s been a week since we were there and I’m still not sure what course was my favourite:- the food is absolutely top quality and clearly served with love, care and attention. Loved it utterly and will definitely be back.More infoUpstairs at LandracePrice: Very Expensive• European• Bath•4.8
- DDilukiBath/Somerset •1 review4.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024The roast was excellent (especially the lamb) and we'll definitely come back. It would be nice to have a kids version on offer but we were able to cobble together alternatives! Also it was a little worrying that they ad no idea that we were coming at 12 (opening time) despite the open table booking but they were able to accommodate our table of 6 with minimal fuss. Great service, food and surroundings.More infoThe ClaremontPrice: Moderate• Pub• Bath•4.1
