Merricks is the best! The place has the greatest “feel” and the food is so delicious. I chose the snapper fillet and it was amazing.

After a slow start with the service, no water and no one taking any drink orders for over 10 minutes, everything then improved. The food was superb with a stand out being the Lobster Spaghetti cooked to perfection. Adding in the assorted small dishes of calamari, scallops and Oysters, the meal was a stand out. At the end, the Mussels order appeared to be forgotten but was beautifully retrieved by the kitchen and floor staff organizing it to be made even though the kitchen was closed. The desserts were a delightful end to a wonderful evening.

Loved the venue. The staff are very pleasant and well organised. The food was excellent. We had samosas to start and they were really good. Meals are reasonably priced and good value for money. If you’re looking for a relaxed atmosphere accompanied by good food then this is the place to go

Lovely spot. We booked for a group and had a couple of extras join at the last minute, and the team was really accommodating, considering they were so busy. The food was lovely, the atmosphere and view as awesome, and the wine was excellent!
