Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Shackerstone

We've been to the star on a few occasions and it's always been lovely. It's a gorgeous characterful building, usually with a cosy fire going. The staff are friendly and attentive. There's a wide choice of beers and spirits available and the cocktails are great. The food is delicious and for me one of the main things I love is how locally sourced the produce is.

First visit following several recommendations. Surprise Sunday lunch for my husbands birthday. Did not disappoint thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would highly recommend and we will be returning again hopefully for the Sunday Brunch next time!

Was a very nice mother’s day treat young children welcomed and thankfully had guten free kids menu and measures in place to avoid cross contamination on gluten free foods.
