Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in North York / Don Mills

 upon our arrival, the hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Once we were seated, our server was courteous, unfriendly as well. Our meal didn’t take long to arrive and it was delicious fresh and unbelievable. I never had the French toast there I always heard and saw how wonderful it looked and I didn’t realize they had a mini version so I had that and OMG was delicious I’ve been there before and will continue to go. The restaurant is currently under renovations, but you would never know, as they do a great job at containing it. It is clean and the staff are efficient. They are professional but could read the table well and were able to adapt to our energy. The food, well, it's way better then other steak restaurants! Our party was 6 people and 5 ordered steaks, all different ways, no one was disappointed. I strongly recommend this venue for your nights out.

Have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing a variety of flavors, colors, and textures. Surprisingly, the dishes incorporated a lot of Asian flavors paired with French techniques. Most of the dishes were excellent and unique, though there were a couple of misses. The service was good, with attentive staff. The ambiance was decent and comfortable, not suffocating or uncomfortable at all. Overall, I enjoyed my time and dinner here.

Innovative food with impeccable service. Definitively a destination to come back over and over. The steaks are yummy and perfect for sharing. We had the ribeye which was juicy and perfectly done. The mushroom blintz is unique and a wonderful compliment. The fluke and fennel is also a bit familiar while also different. We wanted to try everything on the menu. The cocktails are all complimentary and a star on their own. We'll be back.

Our server was super friendly and quick. The goat cheese and beet salad was fantastic.
