Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Tempe

Great food, excellent service and a beautiful setting with lots of room to run around for our grandkids.

The service was great. The food was delicious but the menu bummed me out a bit since I have tried great sushi and I felt the rolls were basic for that type of restaurant.

When you walk through the gates you feel like you’re in Europe. We were immediately greeted upon walking in. Once seated we were quickly given menus and met our servers. They went through the menus (wine, cocktail, caviar, and the different courses) with great detail. We chose 2 cocktails and the four courses. My partner and I ordered all the courses so we could try everything. I chose the rack of lamb and he chose the surf and turf as the final course. Everything was fantastic. The dishes were cooked to perfection and packed with unique flavors. We finished off with the pear creme brûlée for dessert, which was very good, but the four course meal was definitely the star of the show. We had a wonderful evening, and we would highly recommend for a special occasion to treat yourself at Cafe Monarch.

Absolutely fabulous meal with outstanding service! Olivia helped us navigate the menu and ordered for us. The meal was perfect!! Great selection, amazing combination of tastes and textures, all delicious. Each time a dish was brought to the table, it was explained and then they would repeat how the food allergies were respected. It gave me great confidence the chefs were listening as they prepared food that was like great art! Loved it!
