- AalyssaSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoIntimate and memorable experience at craft bar kamon. Made a reservation for 2 at 5:30 when they opened and was promptly greeted and provided with great service from start to finish. The korean cucumber salad and chicken karaage were both delicious and flavorful. The bartenders improvised amazing mocktails for my partner and my cocktails were all excellent and high quality. The new bartender they were training was also so sweet and made me a birthday shot that was amazing ! Cannot wait to come back.More infoCraft Bar KamonPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Downtown•4.9
- JJohnVIPOrange County •31 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoLou & Mickey's is a traditional steak house restaurant with a unique in-house drying chamber for aged beef sold by the ounce. The fine-dining, white tablecloth experience was only slightly lessened by the paper table topper. Service here is from experienced staff. Our server had been there for 30 years. The layout of the restaurant offered a variety of spaces including outdoor and bar-style environments in addition to indoor booths and tables for small and large families and groups. The menu is pricey but consistent with other high-end establishments in the area. The location is at the entry to the Gaslamp Quarter directly across from the San Diego Convention Center. Though it was not very busy when we visited, this is the kind of place where a reservation would be useful due to the quality and location.More infoLou & Mickey'sPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.7
- KKerrySan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI took a couple of 11 year olds in for happy hour to celebrate a birthday, and it was the perfect experience! The girls got some mocktails and had the burger and fries. The fries are as good as they get, and the dipping sauces were heavenly. I ordered fries for myself at happy hour and then at 5:00 when the full menu was available, I ordered a salad. The staff there was super friendly and very sweet to the girls. They brought out some beignets with a sparkler in them for the birthday girl as well. I mentioned in my online reservation where we would ideally like to sit, and they accommodated us exactly how I asked. I’m so glad we chose Wilma’s for the birthday dinner - I think it will be one the girls remember.More infoWilma's Carousel BarPrice: Expensive• Cocktail Bar• Little Italy•4.7
