They were perfectly cooked & the sauce provided was on the bottom of the dish. This made it possible for me to control the amount of sauce I wanted. Don’t you hate it when your food comes smothered in sauce? For my main dish, I had the Strip steak. It was the best steak I’ve eaten in a long while! The place looks high end and was very clean. It is a touch loud but once you settle in you understand the noise level is because everyone is having a sensational dinning experience. Service was incredible!! Heather & Auggie were an amazing team who were flawless! Food was delicious. We had the fillet w/truffle butter, prime NY Steak, loaded mashed, mushroom skillet, and the cookies & ice cream. Each dish was cooked and seasoned to perfection....5 star all the way. My only criticism is that we were seated across from each other and could not sit close together (which is my preference).
