Great food and Excellent Service. We have been frequenting this fine dining restaurant for years and love it. The food is always prepared perfectly and the service staff know how to provide a great evening. Dillon was our server again this evening and he remembered my wife's drink order and exactly how we liked our Appetizers. He is great at offering just the right recommendations. We highly recommend Eddie Merlot's for the "special" dining experience.
