- KKellyDenver / Colorado •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoExcellent NEW winter menu! We had the lamb shank and rolled flank steak. Wow! Flavors were on point. The wait staff was amazing and knowledgeable. Loved having Bill as our waiter. We even had the opportunity to meet the chef. Excellent conversation about his menu with Excellent choices and how the food represents his vision!More infoRanch House Restaurant at Devil's Thumb RanchPrice: Expensive• American• Tabernash•4.5
- CChaseDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 30, 2024Fantastic restaurant! If you are a group of four or less ask to be seated in the bar for a cozy evening. For larger groups, sit in the main dining room and enjoy the view of the open kitchen on one side & the creek on the other.More infoVolario's Family ItalianPrice: Moderate• Italian• Winter Park•4.8
- PPatrickDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 29, 2024Experience was great. Well worth the cost. Gondola ride was beautiful. Service was fantastic. Every person who we came into contact with was friendly. Prosecco toast and coat check was a nice touch. Food was very well done, great variety and good flavors. If I had to find a complaint it would be the temp of the food was a little lukewarm, but it was also 4 degrees out, and people weren’t closing the serving tray lids after they were done serving themselves, plus our table was as far away from the buffet area as you can get, so what heat the food had was lost by the time we got to the table. That being said….It’s a buffet with temp serving trays, not made to order food that is sent straight to your table. I don’t mind lukewarm food as long it’s fresh and flavorful, and it was. Turkey and ham were INCREDIBLE, and the stars of the show, as they should be. Moist, flavorful, hot and the carvers kept hooking my husband up with big ole steaks of meat after he told them he was a turkey fanatic, and talked to them and thanked them for a few minutes. Be nice to your servers y’all and they will reward you. Bread service with cranberry sauce was great. I swear I could eat several bowls of the cranberry sauce. That and the pumpkin pie tarts were the stars of the evening for me. The turkey and these 2, plus the biscotti were the stars for my husband. Lastly, the tableside affogato was yummy. Very good, although I would probably change it from cold brew to hot coffee or espresso. The cold brew on top of the gelato just made it kinda icy. Still good, but ice and then going back out into 4 degree weather was brrr.More infoThe Lodge at SunspotPrice: Very Expensive• American• Winter Park•4

- KkimberlymvipDenver / Colorado •115 reviews5.0Dined on Jul 14, 2024Always a pleasure- the view!! Combine that with friendly and attentive service, a purple gin and tonic- delicious and pretty as well- and yummy food- the chicken sandwich was moist and flavorful- even the side salad was artful as in someone was clearly paying attention to something that otherwise would not receive a great deal- so, attention to details. The menu itself is a bit limited but everything we had was excellent. A gem!More infoBistro 28 @ Pole CreekPrice: Moderate• American• Winter Park•4.5
