Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm and dinner from 5pm to close. The menu was prepared by Chef Luke McCoy. Chef Luke is classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine. Chef Luke's signature Seared Salmon Risotto is famous amongst regulars. As a divorced woman without her son for the first Christmas ever, thank you to the staff at Ship Tavern for making my Christmas dinner with my friend special. Your exquisite hotel, lovely dining experience, and attentive staff made every moment pleasing from the valet, host, server, to the table busser that I made blush by saying Merry Christmas. We've tried to get a table here for years and on a whim got on open table for my wife's birthday. Our experience and expectations were exceeds! Service impeccable, food a great adventure, and expert wine pairings. This is worth a special occasion splurge.

Amanda took care of me for lunch great gal. Hostess was very polite and helpful. Definitely try the Calamari it’s so delicious! I saw the chef making pizzas for other guests!
