Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Cumming

The entire experience was great, from the moment we walked in the door. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation, the hostess were able to immediately squeeze us in. We were happy to sit at the bar and wait, but she was insistent on finding us a table to begin our night. Great customer service. Our server was top notch. Attentive, kind, offered great recommendations, and in no way rushed us to order. She made the experience a 10/10. The food was outstanding. We started with cocktails and the oysters Rockefeller. Both came out extremely quick. The oysters were fresh and baked to perfection. The cocktails were perfect. For our mains we ordered the steak frites (perfect med-rare) and the seared jumbo scallops. Both were cooked perfectly and generous portions. The presentation was stunning and the flavor was through the roof. Would go back just for the scallops. We finished off with digestifs (espresso martinis), the molten chocolate cake, and crème brûlée. A great way to wrap up a wonderful evening. Overall - the service, ambience, quality of food, and scenery was superb. We will definitely be back.

Went for another dinner. We had pork nachos for an appetizer which was very good and filling. Next my husband had a filet with Brussels sprouts. He really likes to cook his steak so the hot stone plank really works for him. I finally decided to bypass my usual, the lamb. and ordered the shrimp and grits instead. Both meals very good and plentiful.

I have never eaten out for Thanksgiving. The service, food and atmosphere were great. I will be back for another Holiday meal very soon. Regards, Bill
