Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Indian Wells

Fabulous new choice in the Valley. Food, service and decor very well thought through and brilliantly executed. The manager, Justine has clearly been trained well and takes her job seriously. She was visible on the floor the whole time without interrupting service at all. Checked on each table ( twice for us, maybe all) Outstanding at our table: ahi tuna poke is photo-worthy as well as delicious; moroccan tagine an exciting vegetarian choice w big flavors delivered without getting too spicy; prime rib an excellent cut. For the record… i don’t know anyone who works there, I live 3,000 miles away so am not being gratuitous but will definitely return while visiting the area.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food & staff are 5 stars. It was my birthday & they seated me at the best table in the place, in front of the fireplace & hot delicious tiramisu on the house. Very romantic & the best birthday ever!

Fabulous night of great food, a nice ambience, and great service. The pace was wonderful. We had appetizers, and then they took our order for entries- I was able to enjoy our time . I had the sweet potato soup and swordfish- OMG love love love both of these dishes. Flavorful soup and the fish was so tender with what I would call a Mexican flare. I am so tired of over priced restaurants with mediocre taste- Finnaly a place I was pleased from the moment we walked in the door till the time we left. I especially loved the pace. Another great addition was the sourdough bread. My husband had clam chowder and sea bass, which he raved about it ! So good we both wanted bigger portions of everything afterwards. (Gerald ordered a 1/2 portion size). We normally try each others choices but we to keep every last morsel to ourselves. Best restaurant in the Valley by far !! We will be back !!!

When we come to Palm Springs we make a point to come to the Cliffhouse. Christie was an awesome server. This is what this restaurant is all about - the ambiance, food and service is what you expect. We have never been disappointed and are looking forward to our next visit.

I celebrated a friends’ birthday today with 5 others out on the patio for lunch. Our server, Leslie, was exceptional! She took very good care of all of our needs including turning heaters on and off. The food was wonderful and everyone enjoyed their entree’s. Our birthday lady received complimentary beverage. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we will be back!
