Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Morrisville

This was our second time eating here (and it’s only been open for a week so far!). Food is excellent, portions are HUGE and service is terrific. Both times I had salads - absolutely delicious and really filling. My husband got a burger and fries and loved it. Our server Jason was terrific and really knew the menu. I liked that he confirmed with us what we ordered so it all came out perfect!

There were seven of us for the prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner. It was a bargain! $70/pp for a four course and delicious meal. Four choices: traditional turkey, salmon, prime rib and vegetarian. All were terrific. Every course was fantastic and everyone was happy with their choices. A manager assisted the staff in keeping the service running smoothly. The entire staff was fantastic. The restaurant was completely booked and the way it is laid out in a series of small rooms, the noise level was low and the atmosphere intimate. I have been here several times for brunch, lunch and dinner and it is consistently fantastic.

Beautiful restaurant, wonderful menu, and great service—knowledgeable and attentive server! Food and drinks were unique and delicious. A bit pricey but worth it for the food, ambiance and service. The only negative would be that the room got noisy with the large parties that surrounded us, one with a small child.

Glooming Grove is a quaint place to meet for cocktails, a girls’ lunch or a date night dinner. Try the Grove Salad. Everything is good though!

They are doing a price fixed menu right now, 3 courses for $35. Had the calamari which were excellent. Seemed fresh, not frozen. The filet and crab cake were both great. Tiramisu was an excellent finish to the meal. Highly recommend Bella Tori
