Jimmy, our primary server, took great care of us and was charming and kind as well. Without being asked, he told our 1 vegetarian about a biscuit with bacon in it that was brought to the table for everybody. Sang served us also and was just great. You won’t get service like this at too many places in Dallas! All 6 of us LOVED what we ordered. I had the salmon tart & Eggs Benedict, both excellent. Other standouts were the crabcake, the mushroom soup, the chicken schnitzel and a perfect omelette. But we loved everything that came to the table; lots of different things! We sat on the veranda, which is one of the prettiest dining rooms in town. From start to finish, this was a great experience.More infoThe Mansion Restaurant at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle CreekPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Turtle Creek / Oak Lawn•4.6
- JjosephVIPDallas - Fort Worth •45 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe warm welcome and the service throughout the evening was excellent! Our server Andres with Oscar supporting us was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and made welcome off menu recommendations, specifically with the treatment of the foie gras, simply outstanding! We shared the foie gras and the roasted beet salad. My husband enjoyed the King Ora Salmon and I had the 12 oz HWD filet (plenty for leftovers!), the black truffle butter is a must! We also shared the brussel sprouts with the pickled Fresno chilis… really good! And let me say, the delicious meal started with warm pull apart bread… old style!! I will say the chocolate layer cake(which was not one of the recommended desserts) was a disappointment… needless to say, we had a lovely evening!More infoStillwell'sPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.7

This time we found the main dishes - the chicken and the pork - not as well prepared as the fish we've had before. But the appetizers - surf and turf and brisket, the refried lentils and okra with shishitos, ALL of the handmade masas, the Mexican chocolate ganache, and the Jamaica margaritas were all extraordinary! We look forward to our next venture in.More infoEl Carlos ElegantePrice: Expensive• American• West Dallas•4.8
- VVincentNew Orleans / Louisiana •19 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024It was Christmas eve, so it was empty, that is why is was quiet, but the service and food was excellent. this is the second year in a row we have gone for xmas eve brunch and we love it. Drinks are great, we order the cowboy meal or whatever it is called, it has 3 steaks and 10 shrimp and 4 sides. It was great! We will probably end up there next year!More infoHaywire - Uptown DallasPrice: Expensive• American• East Dallas•4.6
- CColterVIPDallas - Fort Worth •28 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024Excellent experience as always - waitstaff was kind and proactive in allowing us to try a few different varieties of wine. Sixty Vines is always solid, but the Uptown one is the best of all.More infoSixty Vines - Uptown DallasPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Uptown•4.7
