Canopy Wine Lounge is a driving source for wine & community no matter where your palate takes you. To curate this lounge, a partnership formed between longtime Palm Springs local Noah Mamet and the owner of our 15 unique winery properties around the globe. Our decor is a modern take on the popular design of the 1950's, using clean lines, pops of color, and various textured fabrics and fixtures.     We had an absolutely amazing experience at Sol Y Sombra! Our group of six decided to sample a variety of tapas—I think we might have ordered the entire menu—and every single dish was fantastic. The flavors were incredible, and each plate was a work of art. The staff was absolutely outstanding— Super friendly, and knowledgeable. And the chef? Wow! Her talent truly shines in every dish. I can’t say enough about this place. The atmosphere, the food, the service—everything was perfection. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable hidden gem of a dining experience.

    What a wonderful dining experience! We have noticed Freddie's sign several times but this was our first visit and we were so impressed. We were welcomed warmly by Freddie and provided great descriptions of various menu items and the specials. He provided wine recommendations as well. Our server was also attentive and charming. Each bite was delicious. Highly recommend the steak tartare and the tomato salad as starters. The miso black cod melted in your mouth and was exquisitely flavorful. Crème brûlée to finish the evening was perfect. Will definitely return.
