- AaliciaVIPLos Angeles •21 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoT-Bones restaurant is fabulous. I was there a couple years ago and got to go back on Saturday night and this new dish I had was fantastic. It was these tomatoes with spinach on it for a side dish and melted cheese. I took one of them home and gobbled it up the next day and I had salmon and my husband had the steak and he said look at the way I'm cutting it. It's like butter. That's how you know it's a good steak when you don't have to use the knife to cut it. You're using a fork and he he thought it was great and it came with two lobster tails and I got one cuz I don't eat meat but I'll eat lobster and it was great and I had salmon and there was the salmon is a large piece so I got to take it home and I am. I like to eat it the next day as well in my egg whites and I cuz I was becoming so full at the restaurant and and it was great. I went to high school with the owners of the casino in Las Vegas and all their food and all their restaurants have always been fantastic even when I was going to high school with them and eating at their restaurants in the '80s and when I was at t's on Saturday they they were. They were playing '80s music not loud but '80s music during our dinner and I loved that and they told the waiter I know this song. I know this song. This is when we were attending Bishop Gorman high School. I remember Hugo's we play it all the time and I said that's fabulous. I love it, oh and I complimented the waiter when I said. Can I take that tomato home? Can I take the rest of my salmon home and one of the the nice waiters he put it in the box another third waiter he put it in the box for me and packaged it up and gave me a great bag to take it home because I'm like. Oh I'm so happy you're doing that because some of the time at the restaurants when I take food home I have to do it. They don't do it anymore and the plates are so heavy for me and he said no. We put everything in a nice container for you and I said well that's very nice and very helpful .More infoT-Bones Chophouse - Red Rock Casino, Resort & SpaPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Red Rock Casino•4.7
- RRichardVIPLas Vegas •44 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThere are many reasons to LOVE this restaurant. Let's start with the ambiance. Q-U-I-E-T! It's so nice to have a place to eat great food and also be able to have a conversation. The booths are very roomy and comfortable. The service is great and attentive and give you honest opinions. And the walnut bread is superior. LOL The food is top notch. We frequent a lot of very high-end restaurants while we are in Las Vegas. We ALWAYS go to Alder and Birch. WHY? The steaks are so tender and juicy, the lobster is HUGE and the crab is very unique in that you do NOT have to work to get the bites out of the shell. Legs ONLY!! No need to get your hands messed up. And where else can you get Filet Mignon AND 8-10 oz lobster TAIL for $75! It is truly amazing. And YES the lobsters are really that big!! Yeah, I know a lot of you want to go to the "famous name" restaurants but you are really really missing out if you haven't tried Alder and Birch. - SSarahVIPLas Vegas •42 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis is our go to place, amazing food, friendly atmosphere, and the staff is like family. Would recommend as one of our top places and this far surpasses the restaurants on the strip. Family friendly as well until obvious later hours. We have a well behaved and well versed two year old and come often but before 6 pm. After about 8 pm it turns into a more exciting night crowd which is also awesome.... once we find the right sitter lol . Our favorites are the tuna pizza, the yellowtail Serrano, the macaroni( i know...odd for a sushi place), king crab roll with warm butter sauce( order as a last dish as very rich but amazing) and if you want something more filling they have an awesome lobster noodle dish as well but I'm at loss for the name. Also get the green tea creme brulee or butter cake for dessert. If possible, ask for Amit or Jimena to be your server as they are amazing.. however I don't ever recall anyone that wasn't here to be honest. Vegas local since 2008, honest opinion...I've been everywhereMore infoJing Restaurant - Las VegasPrice: Moderate• Steak• Summerlin•4.7
