Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in Kentucky

3/22/25 Tonight we went to the Louisville location of Bravo’s Italian Restaurant at 206 Bullitt Lane. I’ve mentioned before that my husband and I just love this restaurant. The Italian columns located around the room just make you think you’re back in an old Italian restaurant. The food choices range from Appetizers to Pizzas, Salads, Pastas, to Grilled Steaks and Pork Chops to the best choices of desserts. We made reservations with Open Table tonight. When we were seated we met our server, Shanna M. She was so sweet and helpful. She was like a little bee. She delivered beverages, platters of delicious food, bread, taking orders, and clearing tables! She was just wonderful and I loved her attitude. I usually get their delicious and huge Chicken Parmesan entree, but tonight I decided to order the Pasta Woozie. It was Fettuccini Alfredo with Grilled Chicken and Spinach. Oh, it was delicious. My husband chose his very favorite entree at Bravo’s, Spaghetti with 3 huge Meatballs, made just like his Italian Dad would have liked them. My husband loved his spaghetti and the bread. Just as we were finishing our food, Shanna came by to box up my leftovers and then the Manager, Reed came over with a Celebration Sundae for my birthday. It was a huge Martini Glass filled with scoops of Vanilla and Scoops of Chocolate Ice Cream, warm Brownies, Chocolate Sauce, Sprinkles, Lots of Whipped Cream and its own Sparkler! I loved it! The smile on Reed’s face was adorable! What an ending to an amazing meal!

Great service all around. Lilly was amazing and offered suggestions to help our choices. She was very attentive. The rest of the staff too. Fun and relaxing atmosphere with an upscale feel. We were in town visiting and dressed very casual but they made us feel welcome. The food was delicious from the appetizer ti dessert. Definitely recommend it!

The food was good but I feel like it was way overpriced. For the money the portion size should be bigger, but they are small. I wish them luck but I won’t be going back there again.
