We had shrimp cocktail that was delicious! Caesar salad, just ok. Porterhouse for two was AMAZING. And the corn brulet was outrageous! The sweet potato fries were tasteless… the owner or manager came over and we mentioned that- he said they were new and tasted it and agreed … but oddly didn’t take that off the bill. Just a suggestion for them for next time … I would definitely return though!More infoUncle Jack's Steakhouse - BaysidePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Bayside•4.8

- YyolandaSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe were the first in the restaurant at 12 noon, Thursday reservations with just one person at the bar. Greeted warmly upon arrival and seated immediately and menus were brought. Food didn't take long to come and everything was tasteful and enjoyed and prices were very reasonable. Everything went great except for a very minor issue: the meat portions were great but the small portion of rice was eaten much more quickly before the meat could be. I'd suggest a proportionate amount of rice to go with the meat and beans. After all this is a Latin restaurant; perhaps, give the option since many are on diets and cut back on carbohydrates. PS What's also good is that the waitress alerts you that the tip is included in the final bill without you having to ask, that was a nice little touch.More infoMojo RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Latin American• Forest Hills•4.6
- WWilliamNew York City •3 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 28, 2024We went for the prefix Thanksgiving dinner. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was wonderful. I love the restaurant. The downside was that it wasn't clear to me that it was buffet style until I got to the restaurant. The buffet area was small and hard to maneuver through with the heavy crowd. The other issue was the food wasn't hot, it was luke warm at best... potatoes cold. The taste and quality of the food was excellent. I would only do Thanksgiving there again if it was a prefixed menu and I was served at the table. With all of this said, every other time I go to this restaurant it's always excellentMore infoVIVO Restaurant & CateringPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Bayside•4.6
