Appetizer came out a bit warm. But overall great food with great service. Had a great anniversary dinner.

We love the market bar and it is always exceptional taste wise and value. Food is always fresh and great variety. Soups are excellent!!! Unfortunately today the service was not up to par. Wait staff was not attentive and did not respond in a timely manor and did not bring tea water refill or extra tea bag as promised. Hopefully next time service will be better!

If you’re looking for a dining experience that checks every box, look no further than Los Gatos‘s own Tasting house. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere, with the soft glow of table top lamps, and a nice surprise – soothing sounds of live jazz! It was the perfect backdrop to celebrate Tasting House’s three year anniversary. The food? Just exceptional. My son and I opted for the Chef’s five course tasting menu and oh my goodness – each dish was a masterpiece. The Hamachi Crudo, the Corn Soup, with its mini tamale accompaniment, the Beef Carpaccio , the Beef Wellington (❤️)and the Basque Cheesecake– all were beyond extraordinary! Dehydrated, brown butter with the cheesecake! Who knew?! The rest of the family ordered à la carte items and again, nothing disappointed. If you’re a brussels sprouts fan – these are the best ever – hands-down! Chef’s Pumpkin Soup, with the best homemade naan, is out of this world! The Steak Frittes , cooked perfectly and served with a velvety Bernaise sauce- DELICIOUS! It’s clear Chef Julian takes immense pride in his craft, and with such innovation. Every dish is presented beautifully – each its own work of art. The service was truly unmatched. They were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel pampered throughout the meal. Their knowledge of the menu and wine pairings was impressive – which only added to the enjoyment of our evening. JP suggested some new wines that were enjoyed by all. As my daughter said , when we were leaving- this wasn’t just a nice dinner out – this was an EXPERIENCE-and one I can’t wait to relive! Treat yourself!

Perfect evening. Great food, great service. They even sang Happy Birthday to my mom with a candle and free dessert.
