- LLynnUtah •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe (my husband and I), had a fabulous dining experience at the Blind Dog! Our server, "Jackson", was phenomenal! He was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all of our questions about the menu, as well as other general questions we had. He was attentive, professional, and fun! We had some appetizers and ordered a bottle of wine, and we both enjoyed our entrees! There is a wonderful variety of options on the menu. We love the story about the blind dog "Rigger" and the owners sound like amazing people. Very nice to have gluten free options. The Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was the BEST I have ever had and the after dinner specialty coffee drinks were a fantastic compliment. The vibe was lively and comfortable, neat decor, cool bar, nice sushi bar, plus it was clean. Can't say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. - BBobVIPSacramento / Sacramento Valley •9 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 15, 2025We don't normally expect to find a great restaurant at a remote ski area. Swen's is something special. The view is a given, but what surprised us was first-rate service and spectacular food. The sweet potato soup was one of the best soups I've ever had. I had the NY strip and my wife had the halibut. Her halibut was the best I've ever tasted. Truly a memorable experience!More infoSwensPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Alta•4.7
