Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Burlington

We haven't been to West Plains Bistro for at least a year and we were pleased to see that it still doesn't disappoint. Service is friendly but professional, food is excellent and served piping hot. Very good wine menu. And really, for the quality and given the current economic climate, the prices are pretty good.

We were a group of 5 and had appetizers - brussel sprouts, calamari, plus our meals included the featured soup, pizza, hamburgers and the Bardo bowls with chicken. Everything was delicious and high quality, plus the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Bardo.

This restaurant deserves more than a 5 star. They should be included in the list of Michelin Star restaurants. The food quality, taste, and portion is just superior compared to others. We enjoyed every bite of every meal we had, from appetizers, main and to desert. Even their cocktails are so good. We highly recommend this restaurant not only for the food and ambiance but even more for their friendly and professional service.
