Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Downtown

We had gone months ago. It wasn’t the best experience for a food and we got a gift card given to us and we went back and it was perfect.

Beginning to end this was the ultimate dining experience. THE FOOD. Just …I was rendered speechless. Delights for your bites. Everything is so well thought out, the playful creativity and connections that bridge the kitchen to the bar, not wasting a thing. The ambiance is stunning, we were in the concrete area where everything is clean lines, simple, modern and elegant at the same time. The playing with elements is everywhere, such attention to detail in every aspect of our meal. I am so excited to come back. Thank you chef and all the team at ELEM, it was an incredible evening that I will never forget.

Honestly, everyone raved about the food. Perfectly cooked, perfect temp, perfect timing. But even more was the service. Just outstanding.

student staff were excellent and very exacting about their work. I eat here often and this was on of the better experiences. Terry and also the bartender and all waiting staff. Chef came out to chat. Excellent overall.

The drinks were phenomenal! The service was so amazing and the food was exceptional. I will make one note that my wife's nut allergy was a huge concern and I wish there was easier communication on some of the food items on the menu. We had to double check a few times to make sure we could enjoy our meal
