- DDonDetroit / Eastern Michigan •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGreat sushi. We had spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll. Both were great, priced slightly high, but vacation is meant to be enjoyed. Spicy beef noodles were also great. Service was prompt and professional and friendly! Don’t miss this if you enjoy Japanese cuisine.More infoZIGUPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Waikiki•4.6
- LLeslieHawaii •12 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe atmosphere was great. The service was impeccable. Since the pandemic, I'd morn the lack of restaurants with this kind of services. The food was great. All the courses were tasty. Every bite is a combination of different complementing and contrasting textures and taste. The only thing I can pick on were the meat courses. We ordered the A5 wagyu and the lamb. While the wagyu has the right mouth feel to me, the pieces we got had several connective tissues and it was a little to rare for me (it was rare). The lamb was a little tough. I was expecting a medallion from the rack of lamb, but it didn't seem the case. The fishes were outstanding, however. The aji was incredible. It was flaky and cooked to perfection, with a char on the skin. When the cheese course came, the waiter said in France, they normally serve cheese before the desserts. It's true, but they usually have a cheese cart and serve cheese with cracker or bread. But it was a tasty course nonetheless. The was a surprise panna cotta palette cleanser / pre-dessert. It was light and perfect before the dessert. The staff did not ask or offer coffee or tea, and I didn't think of ordering one then, but it would have perfectly complement the chocolate and end a perfect night.More infoMugenPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• Waikiki•4.9
- AAbhishekVIPSeattle / Eastern Washington •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoLoved everything about this place! We went on a whim to this place, and wow what a find this turned out to be. We returned twice to this place, armed with reservations and big appetites, to do full justice to this little gem! I tried all variations of egg Benedict - they are all fantastic! Salmon is a bit ahead than the rest but they are all sooooo good. The French bread with banana and chocolate is fantastic. Garlic fries are mouth watering.. coffee is exhilarating! Finally, the service is excellent! Do yourself a favor and reserve this place for a sumptuous brunch! They deserve your money and are very reasonable for the quality of food on offer here.More infoHeavenly - WaikikiPrice: Moderate• Farm-to-table• Waikiki•4.6
- OTOpenTable DinerPhoenix / Arizona •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMy wife and I are locals and have eaten at pretty much every notable restaurant on Oahu as well as the other islands. We have been meaning to try Aloha Steak House as it looked to have an awesome vibe. We are so glad we did. The food is on point with any high end steak house. In fact, it’s better. It’s not a pretentious place, the service is amazing. Loreal took great care of us with recommendations and made our night memorable. My filet was medium rare plus with a char and was perfect. My wife’s twin lobster tails were scrumptious. You have to order the arugula burrata salad, the Brussels and bacon and French fries. Top it off with Watermelon ice cream. Incredible! Did I mention the drinks? The Mai Tai should be on the list of Honolulu’s Best. This is our new date night spot for sure.More infoAloha SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Waikiki•4.5
