Beginning to end this was the ultimate dining experience. THE FOOD. Just …I was rendered speechless. Delights for your bites. Everything is so well thought out, the playful creativity and connections that bridge the kitchen to the bar, not wasting a thing. The ambiance is stunning, we were in the concrete area where everything is clean lines, simple, modern and elegant at the same time. The playing with elements is everywhere, such attention to detail in every aspect of our meal. I am so excited to come back. Thank you chef and all the team at ELEM, it was an incredible evening that I will never forget.

Honestly, everyone raved about the food. Perfectly cooked, perfect temp, perfect timing. But even more was the service. Just outstanding.

Beautifully designed food from the viewpoint of visual layout of ingredients on the plate, their textures, flavour, and colour. A calm atmosphere from chefs, servers, and customers. Delicious food. We didn’t visit for a quick meal, but one dish followed another at just the pace we asked.
