- GGeorgesAustin •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIn my opinion, one of the best culinary experience in Montreal. Authentic, and very ceremonial, Japanese food in a omakase setting. 12-14 seats, 300$ per person fixed menu. 20+ courses. Everything is incredibly well executed. I love the attention to detail in every dish, plates, cups, etc… all in all I believe this is a must try!More infoOkeya Kyujiro MontrealPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Downtown•4.9
- TThao-MiMontreal / Quebec •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoMy family and I were served by Joel? Well a male with a name starting with "J". He was amazing and has a great taste. You can blindly trust him with anything. He recommended us an amazing wine and we had a great time!More infoMarcusPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Downtown•4.5
- FFabioMontreal / Quebec •5 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 21, 2024Excellent informative service both for the food and for the wine pairing. Portions are well-sized (had the 5-course tasting menu). Music level was a bit too loud at first but staff brought it down. A most enjoyable evening.More infoAlma MontréalPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Mexican• Outremont•4.9
- MmichaelNew York City •17 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 18, 2024Bungalow has essentially a classic bistro menu with some updates. Fried calamari with salad was an excellent appetizer for two people to share. It seemed fresh and well-prepared. Mains of steak (cooked exactly as requested) and navarin d'agneau (underseasoned) were perfectly fine withoug being at all distinctive. In short, exactly what I usually want from a bistro: a predictable meal of good quality ingredients, classically prepared with no surprises. On the night we were there, it was not at all crowded, so noise level was fine. But we could easily hear the conversation of a table at the other end of the restaurant, so I imagine it might be noisy when full.More infoRestaurant BungalowPrice: Expensive• Market Cuisine• Plateau Mont-Royal•4.7
